STANDARD REHABILITATORS PRIVATE LTD (SRPL), formerly known as M/s. Standard Builders, IS An ISO 9001 : 2008 Certified Company under the dynamic leadership of its Founder, Chairman & Managing Director.
Mr. K. SELVAMANI B.E.(Hons) FIE, FIV; has created an indelible impression in the Indian Civil Engineering industry by successfully framing proven technology and methodology in Repairing and Rehabilitating high rise RCC structures apart from strengthening them effectively by suitable/appropriate external and internal applications for protecting and extending the life of such high rise structures.
SRPL carries on the business of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Architectural, Engineering and Industrial building constructions including General maintenance, Repair, Rehabilitation and Painting and special Coating of Reinforced Cement Concrete(RCC) Natural Draft Cooling Towers (NDCT), Chimneys, Port jetties, Industrial structures and Fire damaged structures and other related services on Turnkey basis or on Contract basis.
SRPL is also expert in replacement of Aviation warning lights and lightning arrestors for high rise structures such as Natural Draft Cooling Towers, Chimneys etc.
SRPL has an enviable track record of proven quality for its efficient performance and remarkable, exemplary result oriented achievements in completing many challenging rehabilitation projects on time by observing all safety regulations.
SRPL enjoys the privilege of having a team of dedicated / qualified / experienced / trained – Engineers, Chartered Accountants and Cost Accountants, Managers and Subordinates supported with energetic & effective work force, capable of undertaking and executing any challenging rehabilitation projects; conforming to all safety parameters. SRPL has self sufficient modern equipment such as Moving Platforms (Gondolas) & Machineries, tools & tackles, to undertake many projects simultaneously.
SRPL is also extending consultancy services for finding out intellectual solutions to Repairs & Rehabilitation of RCC structures by conducting appropriate Non-Destructive tests. Apart from such tests, SRPL provides detailed drawing and analytical project reports, with implementation procedures.

S&S CONSTRUCTIONS is undertaking Constructions and Maintenance of roads, buildings, water supply, and drainage works in Mines & Township area, Hot and Cold insulations, and various types of Epoxy applications and condenser tube cleaning using Hydro Jetting equipment and Cleaning of condensers using Chemicals in various power plants.
